Shipping Policy

FragranceForge ships wholesale fragrance orders across the EU, including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and Germany, with expansion to other EU markets ongoing.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Private Label and bulk orders (3L+) may require additional production time, communicated at the time of order.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination. Standard EU delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on destination and courier.

Packaging
All fragrance products are shipped in leak-proof, protective packaging suitable for glass bottles and liquid contents, in compliance with applicable transport regulations.

Customs and duties
For shipments within the EU, no customs duties apply. For any shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
