These Terms of Service govern your use of the FragranceForge website (fragranceforge.eu) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About our products
FragranceForge sells wholesale, ready-to-pour perfume bases (Extrait de Parfum, 25% concentration) and concentrated fragrance oils intended for perfume production, blending, bottling, and resale by business customers. Our products are fragrance materials, not beverages, and are not intended for consumption.

Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Minimum order quantities
Minimum order quantity is 200ml per fragrance unless otherwise agreed in writing for Private Label or bulk B2B arrangements.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including product names, descriptions, and branding, is the property of FragranceForge unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of liability
FragranceForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their finished products comply with applicable cosmetic and consumer safety regulations in their target markets.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
